Penny_SpencerPenny has had over 25 years experience in the Travel Industry, working in a number of areas but predominately Corporate Travel.

She has a passion for Travel and the Industry and having travelled extensively can advise you on her favourite pastime and give her own personal recommendations.

After starting Spencer Travel Oct 1998, Penny has educated herself in Business skills and has grown the business 150% since opening the doors.

Having been awarded numerous industry and non industry awards, including being a Finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards, Penny continues to contribute to the Travel Industry by being on numerous committees and a member of different associations.

Recently being awarded as one of only a few accredited Space Agents in the World, Penny continues to strive for excellence and innovation in everything that she does.

Heather Del Vecchio – Travel Specialist Spencer Travel Eastside

Heather has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry starting her career in New Zealand.   She then moved to London to join Qantas and while working there for over 3 years she gained a great deal of knowledge of both the UK and the European Continents.

She continued her career with Qantas in Sydney before joining Travel Creations and now Spencer Travel Eastside.  Heather prides herself in delivering exceptional customer service and is very focused on the client’s requirements, which in turn is an asset to both client and the company.

She thoroughly enjoys creating lasting holiday memories for her clients, be it a Mediterranean cruise, a family holiday in Italy or a short getaway in Fiji she is able to offer many recommendations based on her experiences.

One of her main passions is cruising and is a Cruise Council Accredited consultant and continually strives to expand her knowledge through ship inspections and cruise holidays on a variety of cruise ships.

 

Lucy Vieira – Travel Specialist Spencer Travel Eastside

Lucy Vieira has worked in the travel industry since the early 80’s and has spent most of her consulting years with American Express Travel, Sydney Retail office. (since 1989). Over the years at American Express Lucy has undergone a series of customer service training and management courses. For the past 10 years of her 15 years with American Express.

Lucy was team leader to the company’s largest retail office. She has travelled extensively, achieved many awards and has a long standing customer following. Lucy brings all her skills in delivering exceptional customer service. Lucy has experience in international cruising and has International Cruise Council Accreditation. Lucy has travelled and cruised extensively throughout the world and is looking forward to sharing her experiences with all her clients

Maria Theodosatos- Travel Specialist Spencer Travel Eastside

Marias love of travel began whilst living and attending the American college in Athens Greece. She has been in the travel industry for over 44 years and started her career with Dalgety Travel planning and escorting special interest pastoral groups overseas.

In 1974 she joined American Express Travel with whom she worked  on and off for over 25 years as a consultant and eventually then managing their biggest leisure Sydney office for a number of years. From there she opened her own agency, Travel Creations which she sold to Spencer Travel in 2012 and is now happily working as a senior consultant for the company.

Maria’s favourite mode of travel is cruising and she is a fully accredited cruise master having sailed on many different ships of all sizes… She enjoys planning unusual tailor made holidays to interesting destinations her favourite destination region being Europe and where she visits every year.

Maria has travelled extensively and can recommend many options to her clients through the knowledge she has obtained throughout her years in travel…
